Fees & Info for Prospective Members
Aqua Club currently maintains a waitlist for prospective members.
Costs to join:
Membership Joining fee $2100
Capital Assessment fee $1500 (or $1800 if on payment plan)*
Annual Membership Dues $1250
*A payment plan is available for paying the Capital Assessment Fee over a 6 year period
Cost to defer offer of membership:
Deferment Fee (new member deposit, non-refundable) $500
Cost to transfer membership (subject to restrictions):
Administrative transfer fee $3100 (paid by transferee)
Each member family currently has a volunteer requirement minimum of two hours per year during one or more scheduled Work Parties to encourage ownership and participation at the Club and to keep operating costs down. Different programs, such as the swim team, may require volunteer hours in addition to the two hour volunteer commitment above described.
Costs of rentals, recreation programs, teams and clinics are not included in the fees above (e.g. swim, tennis, pickleball, water polo, diving, winter lap swim).
Aqua Club summer season typically runs from the Saturday prior to Memorial Day weekend to the Sunday following Labor Day weekend. There are currently member perks offered in the off season, such as program discounts and access to limited open swim times.
