Aqua Club Team Gear Order

All Aqua Club Team Gear are now available for pick up in the pool office. 
 
Please pick up your gear as soon as possible.  If you have questions or concerns about your order please contact Tim Surdyk or Kelli DeKay.
 
Due to popular demand we will be placing a second order for Sweatshirts, Sweat Pants and other Aqua Club gear with the exception of swim suits.  All re-orders will be Due by 5pm on Wed, June 30, 2010.  Please see the attached order form or pick one up in the club office.  Don't miss your chance for team gear!!
